   Does this plugin affect all High Elves in game world, or only the player character?

   and if you REALLY need to equip an existing high elf with paralysis immunity i suggest: Soul Trap on Target 1 sec; Resist Paralysis on Self 100 pts 1sec

      thanks, to me being a high elf in morrowind is always a chore because of all the weaknesses, so I added this to balance it out.
