New in Version 2.0, this mod now uses MWSE Lua to automatically update the container size for not just the vanilla game, but every modded container, and be automatically compatible with other mods that edit these containers by adding scripts to them (e.g. Animated Containers) without needing any patches! All thanks to the power of MWSE Lua.

Version 1.0 has been left available for legacy purposes.

I've been going insane trying to keep everything organized in the 4 barrels and 3 sacks I have allocated in the Seya Neen tax collector murderer's home and realized "wait, surely theres a better way!".  AND ALAS -  here it is!
I was slowly realizing I was either going to have get a new home or use the 500 alchemy ingredients I had saved up. I just knew there was better way. And of course I used the alchemy ingredients anyway =)

Having a hard time getting this mod to work. Specifically struggling to use it with the "House In Balmora" mod by Ardevon. Are the two simply not compatible, or am I doing something wrong?

For some strange reason, it never previously occurred to me to check if a mod like this existed...
    But, OMG, THANK YOU!
Not only does it work great for the containers in Uvirith's Legacy (a blessing for the chests in the Secret Lab if you use them to store alchemy ingredients), but all of a sudden, between this and Furniture Catalogue, claiming caves/shacks etc. as starter homes becomes a far more viable option.

The issue is that both mods are trying to edit the same record, so you need to create a patch that combines both changes to the record. You can use a program like Delta Plugin or Habasi or various other older programs to automate the process.

Is the 1.0 version of this mod configurable? I'm using it for OpenMW and could use a bit higher multiplier.

Update: I realized my problem was that I was using modded player homes. In case anyone is interested, I edited the v1.0 plugin to include the Ashpit Retreat and Simpler Balmora Player Home containers:

It doesn't work on every container in every mod. Some containers in Alladin's Bottle Revamp stay at 25 units. I emptied them, installed mod again and no change.

I don't think the lua code can work on containers that are already referenced in the save file.

Not working for me. Downloaded / installed / checked the boxes in my house and they still dont fit more. Using the House of the murdered dark elf in Balmora. Stuff was already placed there. Will it only affect new boxes in new locations? Or do I need to unload it, reload cell and then return to have the effect?

The 1.0 version does. It makes the changes manually rather than using MWSE.

apparently due to the new MWSE Lua it doesn't run in openMW.  It downloads, Vortex installs it and it doesn't appear in Data Files.  Sad.

That's why the old non-MWSE version is still available here on Nexus.
