1. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN
*****************************************************************
To install the plugin, unzip the files as listed below in this file. You only need to use the ZeldaEstatev4.0.esp, I included the others as Morrowind Summit had removed Beardo's original post of the Zelda Estate. Just extract the file directly to you Morrowind\Data Files folder, everything goes where it is supposed to, select no to overwrite other files. You can delete the ZeldaEstate 1, 2 and 3, only check the 4.0 version.

2. PLAYING THE PLUGIN
*****************************************************************
Go to Caldera behind the Guild of Mages to enter your own house, the Zelda Estate.
You can access the basement by the door in the first basement.

This addition compiles the original Estate and Basement plugins into one .esp file.
I have additionally created the Room of Candles at the Zelda Estate, it is the room on the right in the second basement that includes 148 teleport locations by candles, several locations in Morrowind, Mournhold and Solstheim. Now included in this final version is the room of books, including full walkthroughs for all quests in the standard Morrowind Tribunal and Bloodmoon packages.

There is also a ring that will transport you back to the deck at the Zelda Estate in the Caldera Mages Guild Tower on the table.

3. Special README notes
*****************************************************************
The Zelda Estate has always been my favorite house mod, and when I finally got around to creating mods of my own, I remembered that there were two doors in the basement not being used. Beardo gave permission for me to update this mod and put it up for download.

As with any mod, if you already have the Zelda Estate loaded, I would remove everything from it before using this mod or you could lose those items.

5. v4.0 Updates - Room of Books
*****************************************************************
I added the Room of Books that have a book that will walk you through all quests in Morrowind, Tribunal and Bloodmoon.
I removed some items that were unnecessary.
I made the containers hold more weight.
I sorted the .nif's by Zelda naming convention, they still point to traditional textures from the original Morrowind CD.

Updated Tapestries - They are now more appropriately renamed. I had copied and renamed them incorrectly from TextureFreak's originals.
Put different tapestries in the Room of Candles.
Updated Room of Candles and Zelda Basement candles to not be dynamic to decrease chance of lag.
Corrected the Tel Vos teleportation location.

Click no to overwrite anything when extracting files.

I do not accept any responsibility if this plugin ruins anything in your game or computer.

This plug-in is a add-on to the Caldera, Zelda Estate plug-in. So you need to have installed that one to be able to use this add-on. You can find it at either www.morrowindfiles.com or at Morrowind Summit at http://www.rpgplanet.com/morrowind/

Description
This add-on, adds a larger basement with Mannequins, 4 chests, 3 closets and a smithy and his wife, both traders. The two NPC's are a new race called 'The Great Nords' and are part of a few survivors of an ancient race, ancestors to the current Nords. They are taller and stronger than a normal Nord and have a special power given to them from ancient gods. They are also a playable race who use the same appearance as the normal Nord race.
To enter the new basement you need to find the trapdoor in the old basement which leads down to the new location. You will enter a little hall with four doors, use the one straight ahead. The others are for other planned expansions.
When you enter the smithy & armory you will see mannequins, chests and closets, look on them and you will find two books that explains more about the mannequins and storage. The mannequins are made to look like Breton male and females.
Locate the door to the smithy and you'll find Argayl the smith. From this room you have an entrence to Argayl's and Helga's private quarters where Helga his wife is located.
Talk to Argayl, perhaps he will sell you his new mighty sword :-) They both have 20.000 to trade with.

Description:
This little house is perfect as your base of operation, it has the right size, not to big and not to small. Call it a mini mansion. Why Caldera you might ask? Close to the Mage guild and their travel service ofcourse, and easy to reach the west coast. Perfectly furnitured and lit. It has one living room, one bedroom and a basement. The basement might look small, but wait until you have seen the containers;
43 cupboards with a capacity of 1000 pounds each. - Most of them are in the basement, upstairs - search for them under the windows.
6 chests with a capacity of 2000 pounds each. - One in the bedrom, one in the living room and the rest in the basement.
1 closet with a capacity of 1000 pounds each. - In the bedroom.
1 drawer with a capacity of 1000 pounds each. - In the bedroom.
17 crates with a capacity of 1000 pounds each. - In the basement.
3 urns for ingredience storage with a capacity of 1000 pounds each. - In the basement.
