If you're reading this and use either mwse or openMW, are using the Steam, GOG, or any other version, and have a sense to not make your life difficult...
    DONT USE THIS MOD/PACK/PATCH.

Dont touch anything that uses the acronym "MGSO" unless its metal gear solid online or some funky s#*! idk.

Im using the Steam Version and I have used the Ornicopter MGSO 3.0 Final for a long time. Absolutely no issues what so ever. Ive even installed the MGE XE after right on top of it for the updated features. I have had ZERO issues with the original MGSO and the MGE XE separately and together. If anything is even broken, its purely minor and likely a setting during setup that you or anyone probably set incorrectly or too higher like Grass Density or the amount of Generated Cells to cause problems. The gatekeeping needs to stop.

I love MGSO and this just made it even better. I also updated the component parts of MGSO like MGE XE and MWSE. Makes it run smooth without any problems. Dont listen to people trying to put you off MGSO. It works great and makes your game look great with 10 minutes of work.

Nice mod, but where can I find the Mood and Star crosshair included in the MGSO?

Sorry if I sound a bit silly, but after doing all the installation process with the installer and all, do I install this? or just overwrite MGSO 3.0 before starting the launcher?

How exactly can an UI retexture be "lore friendly"?

Also I'd really suggest not using "Patch". MGSO is pretty buggy and there are actual patches which fix issues (and might get less visibility now), while this reads like an add-on.

The UI texture remains loyal to the original color scheme (unlike MGSO's dark red alt. texture). I guess lore friendly isn't exactly the best way to put it. I'm still new to modding so I guess the terms patch, add on, bug fixes and others alike are kinda interchangeable so when I was gathering up the mods for my play-through I was thinking the mods patch up parts that MGSO didn't cover. I'm gonna leave the title the same as I feel that a mod that fixes issues would be a bug fix but I'll change the "lore friendly" part. Thanks for the suggestions!

You're welcome and thanks to listening. "Lore friendly" is one of the buzzwords that really irritate me, so I felt compelled to reply when I couldn't make sense of it in any way.

From where I'm standing, "patch" is primarily concerned with fixing bugs. Additional content (as you provide) would be an addon, but not the main focus. Since I don't use MGSO, I guess I'll sit this one out, but I'm primarily concerned about people who want to find a fix for the notorious table mesh problem and find your mod instead. YMMV of course.
