Yes, this release is the reason why latest PC patch was decided not to be made, because it is too close to release of huge area to bother. Once Abecean Shores release is out, it will push new Tamriel_Data you can update to (TR and SHotN may get patches then too to match).
Yes. But remember that "soon" means "allegedly this year, if everything goes smoothly". In the best-case scenario, which is an unrelenting pace and no major problems being discovered until then, the devs are trying to aim for a Summer release. But it's better to expect their efforts to try to make it this year, even if it were by December it would already be a major achievement and milestone, as it will be the proper kickstart release of this major project. Morrowind modding has never been so vibrant with quality efforts.
hello im new to modding and i keep getting a continue running executable for missing sound files while playing this mod, is there a way to fix this? any help would be appreciated, thxs
https://discord.gg/NYsh3QFP This is the link to the PT Discord, they have a channel called "The Abecean Monitor" that has frequent progress updates not only for this, but Skyrim Home of the Nords and Tamriel Rebuilt.
'The crown princes are endlessly plotting and scheming against each other via proxies among both the Elder Council and the Imperial nobility. It's only a matter of time before Uriel Septim VII passes from this world, and the Empire collapses into civil war...'
Imperial Lore in Oblivion:
'Lulz they're all dead, no political intrigue to be found, and demons are invading and only a chosen one can stop them, hurdur!'
Todd and Emil: Ruining Elder Scrolls lore from Oblivion-on. God, I despise them.
I feel you...There has been a complete disconnect between the creators of the World of Elder Scrolls and the company after Morrowind. Makes Project Tamriel and Tamriel Rebuilt all the more amazing.
They lost a good chunk of their original staff after Morrowind, sadly (the two biggest blows to the setting were when Michael Kirkbride and Julian Lefay, the two titans of Elder Scrolls Lore, quit the company). It's up to modders and us fans to make the Elder Scrolls universe great again. ;)
There is a Cyrodill_Main ESM and a Cyr_Main ESM, LOOT bitches about missing masters that it cannot find Cyr_Main but I install the newer one with Cyr_Main and it still says the same?
Fixed it with MO2 and OpenMW 0.47: You can download the old version and just use the optional Cyrodiil_Grass.esp. Add it in MO2, activate only the esp (rightclick on file -> Informations -> ESM to the left + ESP to right column). Export to OpenMW and edit your openmw.config with "groundcover=Cyrodiil_Grass.esp". Works like a charm with the new version for me :D
Does anyone know why it works without putting "groundcover=Cyrodiil_Grass.esp" in the config? Same with Skyrim: Home of the Nords. Haven't tried anything else. Using the latest dev build. Edit: It's because you're not supposed to enable groundcover esps, right? Was wandering why there's so much grass.

Do you know if a theoretical update would address the Tamriel_Data conflict plastered all over the Description tab?
