Interesting idea! Many years ago, the British Army paid you 1 shilling as an enrollment bonus. Now the expression "Taking the King's/Queen's Shilling" means that someone joined the military. Ripley's "Believe It or Not" told a story about one Princess that placed the coins between her teeth. The inductees were permitted to take it with their lips, getting a royal kiss as an added bonus.
Indeed, the expression "Taking the King's/Queen's Shilling" is the one that I based this mod upon. I am glad that you have enjoyed this idea, so feel free vote, endorse, and - if you really like it - submit this modification for "Staff Pick's of the week".
