I like this armor, but could you change the helmet in the future, no offense but the mesh is kinda bad. Also it says that it's added to Duke Dren but that doesn't show up in my game.
The helmet on this one does not look so good in-game. The flair on the top really looks like a growth and an afterthought, additionally the smaller pauldrons make the armor seem less impressive than the regular guard armor, and certainly less ornate. The scarf around the neck looks messy, the texture needs some work. The only thing I really like about this one is the decorative greaves with the banner dangling down.
If you were to ever remake this it might be worth considering how imperial influenced armor would be incorporated into dunmer material and design. Perhaps mix those themes. Hlaalu is eager to embrace the empire, and it would look really interesting to see that reflected on the armor of their elite guards.
Thanks looks much better, the hood remembered me of something modders often like to do which doesn't make much sense.
To give guards outfits related to prominent factions in the area, for example, people like to give the guards in Riften in Skyrim more "sneaky" outfits because the thieves guild is in the city.

I'm glad I didn't delete the old one, so I can use both. :-p
