The mod is quite good. Even though I can't view it as a hideout for a single character, it would suit nicely for meetings of a secretive faction. However, I noticed a certain bug - the ladders always put you up, you can't climb down as with usual trapdoors. Maybe it's because I'm on OpenMW (tes3mp), I don't know.
Ooo, now there is an idea. That might be fun idea for something else to do for this mod.
As for the ladders, I'm afraid that's not a bug, that's just how Morrowind works. As each ladder is only one object as whole it can only work as a door to one destination. Meaning I'd need more of those ladders to be able to send you down. This was the best solution I had at the time not one I'm very happy with, but it is what I had. I do hope to find a better solution and change it at some point.
That is so much furniture and decoration space! Not to mention the waterfall hall looks beautiful, along with those teleporters. Are you sure this isn't Vivec's secret palace?
