Under the DESCRIPTION tab, you have:

"... the scrolls provide a single stat increasement. ... but there is a chance (20%) that the scroll will reduce each of your stat's by 1. "

So, on average, for every 5 scrolls: 4 (80%) will give a single increment, totalling +4; and, 1 (20%) will give 8 decrements, totalling -8. Therefore, every 5 scrolls will, on average, reduce your stats by 4.

Further down that page, you have:

"There are now 116 scrolls ... but each scroll only has a 15% chance of appearing, so on average you will find 17 scrolls, ..."

As a consequence, for each game you play with this mod, you can expect, on average, to lose about 13 or 14 stat points.

I don't imagine this is intentional: there'd be little point in using this mod if it was. Perhaps an error in the information posted or, if that's correct, in your scripted algorithm.

That's correct, but it's all RNG, so fancy gambling? You could get 116 extra stat points if very lucky, or if cursed lose 928, or you might never find a scroll at all. It's just a little extra "do I risk using this" encounter.

Thanks for the feedback and confirmation.

I might gamble if it was weighted less in favour of almost certain loss; however, as it stands, it doesn't interest me.
