To Install Voya Manor:

1. Press the download with NMM button and let the Mod Manager do the work.

or if you prefer the long way:

1. Place the .zip file in the Data Files folder in your Morrowind Install

2. Unzip the file using a file decompresser. (I reccommend 7zip.)

3. When Morrowind launches, go to the Data Files option and make sure the checkmark next to Voya Manor is filled.

Bugs:

"Help! There are trees and mushrooms sticking out of the house!"

Answer: This means that you have already loaded the area before installing Voya Manor. The solution is to install a program called Wrye Mash, and then follow it's instructions for fixing this. If you are unconcerned about losing progress however, a new save game will solve the problem too.
