                             Balmora Riverview Tower

Description from the original page:Since everybody is bringing back their golden oldies here is one of mine.

Yes, yes ANOTHER house in Balmora, but this one is a bit different in the details, even has a functional toilet

Comes with a cozy detailed interior, a large crypt for a storage basement and a secret passage through a crystal cave to the west gash region for all you children of the
night... Also gives you a personal Gondolier that will take you to either the Odai gorge or all the way to Hla Oad at the Bittercoast.
Has a stable for one mount and of course a rooftop garden with an amazing view! Just move on in and enjoy the stay.

Compatability and Conflicts:
The tower is compatible with "Balmora Expansion", which is amazing given the amount of changes that mod introduces, I highly recommend it.
The hidden cavern exit (or entry) north of Balmora sadly conflicts with "Better Landscapes Stonewood Pass".

INSTALLATION:
I recommend to use NMM via manual download, that is download manually to desktop then use NMM to install from there; or download manually and extract the files in the folder to the corresponding files in the Morrowind Data folder.

Changelog:
Balmora Riverview Tower V-2
Here is a long list of changes I have made to the mod, some pointed out to
me by the community and then I added some more stuff. I hope you like it
because unless you find a major flaw THIS IS IT!
Also I added a screen-shot of the Tower in Balmora Expanded so you can see how well it
fits in. Warning to sticklers; note the slight clipping of a Balmora
expanded tree with the Tower corner. It does not affect game-play and
trees do grow into buildings.

Changes on the Outside:
-Shrunk the pillows on the roof top hammock.
-Added floating barrel in river.

Changes in the Tower:
-Changed the ambient lighting. (Hope Darkelfguy gets in the mood now

-Added some lights in the staircase.
-Removed the "Uberskull", this was added by a prankster reviewer.
-Added two lime wares to the empty chest, supposed to make the kitchen
area look more "lived in".
-Added two ingredient urns for sorting on the table, moved cupboard up.
-Changed Chest next to kitchen hearth to an empty one of another type.
-Changed the basement closet to another style also empty.
-Moved the shower screen and bench to make access easier.
-Fixed the misaligned bathroom corner. (I think)

Changes in the Crypt:
-Changed the ambient lighting to a darker setting.
-Changed most of the Dwemer chests to empties for your storage.
-Changed one of the chests to contain other random loot.
-Added cobwebs.
-Added another sleeping area with additional storage.*
-Added a library area. (For you to fill)
-Moved the shrines around.
-Added a stool for easy access to shower under the sacred fountain.
-Added assorted items.
-Added a practice dummy area.

Changes in the Crystal Cavern:
-Darkened the ambient lighting.
-Raised the water level to make access to the stone ramp easier.
-Fixed the waterfalls that pop out of the wall with crystals.
-Added glow to some crystals.
-Filled in spaces below the castle structure with gem rocks.
-Added a few gem rocks in deep water to give you a reason to dive

-Added Slaughter fish to deep water pool.
-Removed the Pillows in the small side cave and made it a Hot spring instead, with Bloat pods surrounding it.
-Added a Keg stand and a barrel to the living quarter deck.

If you wish to replace an earlier version of Balmora Riverview Tower with this One, be sure to
remove all your personal stuff, make a new save and then uncheck the old
one in your Data files load screen and remove it from your Data folder.
You may want to create another new save before installing the new mod to
prevent doubling, or use a tool that helps with load order.
Sorry for the inconvenience but I hope you like this final version well enough to
make up for it; if it is any consolation I had to move a few times
myself:)

Change Log:
In Version 2.5 I fixed the multiple Morrowind refferences and GMSTs in Enchanted Editor.

Version 2.7-Final; I "outfitted" the kitchen to make it feel more lived in, added numerous kitchen items and ingredients.
Added some decor in the upstairs bedchamber and in the shower room.
Added some items to the Mummies.
Made some spelling corrections in the Balmora stock exchange.
Fixed the "floating chests" in the cave.
Last but not least I made the overhang over the stable look "more attached".

Special Note:
I will upload all my mods from "yesteryear" to the Nexus over the next few weeks. All these mods I created as
"Thondur" and were previously hosted only on "Planet Elder Scrolls" where they have been sitting for years. All my mods are also available at Morrowind Modding History, a really great site for Morrowind mods you should check it out!
Please understand that for now the mods are presented "as is" and I do not mod for Morrowind at the moment; in fact it has been so long that I do not even remember how I did some things I created in these mods. If there are any Bugs they will have to wait or you have to fix them yourself. Fair warning. It is my hope to "get back into the game" as it were one of these days as I still care a great deal for this great game. While I mod and play mostly in
Skyrim now, Morrowind will always have the strongest emotional connection with me. Exploring it for the first time is an experience that will stay with me forever. I hope that you will enjoy some or all of my mods in your game, Cheers,
