   If you could, could you make this compatible with ashfall, to where you are constantly cold?

   This is a great mod, but how do i remove it? I dont want to play in christmas style whole year and when i tried to remove it there is still snowing

      The problem is that region settings are saved in save games. It may be difficult to uninstall it traditionally. You essentially might want to play a save game with the intention of it being snowy. I'll ask around to see if there are any fixes however.
