About this mod
A small sewer system linking all Vivec Cantons except for the Palace.

Rumor has it that there's a sewer level below the Canton Underworks.
You can get to any place in the city except for the Palace from there.
Nobody can remember the last time someone went down there.
Maybe during the bulding of the city. Probably dark. Probably creepy.
Grab a torch and take a look around....
Simple sewer pipe network that connects the northern 8 Cantons of Vivec.
No major treasure, but some interesting characters.
