Hiya For those who had the same issue I did: No matter how I started the game or whatnot I was unable to spawn with the ring so open mister console with ~ key and type this below in and bam player->AddItem "LEVELBOOSTERRING" 1
oh another helpful tip Make sure you are in Sayda Neen when you use the ring
