   You can already enchant paper in the vanilla game to create one-use scrolls. It sucks, but it's an option.
   Nevermind, just read the rest of the description. This is just for an alternative I guess, neat.

   Did you put them in existing or new NPCs? If its existing then this is a dirty mod. Not gonna download a dirty mod.

      When checked in tes3cmd, this mod is clean. Leveled lists will need to be merged.
