This mod creates a bug in the quest "an assassination attempt", the dark bortherhood is supposed to take the lights out in bz chambers before coming in, except the lights don't exist anymore and so the script crashes and they never come. Apparently disabling this mod even after visiting bz fixes the problem. I redid this enough times to be sure, you see the script crashing if using openmw as soon as you enter the room. If it doesn't crash, go to the seat behind the screens and then wait for 8pm, you should get the message in the journal that you are in position precisely at that time, and then they arrive... (assuming the script has not crashed !)
Would not a deletion of affected cell in morrowind enchanted editor 'solve' it without any conflict but loosing changes to the specific cell? I am not sure which cell exactly as I have not played MW for ages, but I assume it is Barenziah bedroom... Maybe could you test it in your game and report back?
I made a non-palace version for personal use. It is compatible with Mournhold Palace Revamped\Royal Chargen. I think it would be good to provide such a file for users, because not everyone can cut off the confusing cells. If you want I can send you mine to save time.
There is other mod that also adds NPCs to the Royal Palace, hopefully they are compatible. Better download the NO WINDOS GLOW version, because that mod is.... "obsolete", better use it's sucessor: Glow in the Dahrk,
