This mod is intended to increase rewards and motivation to play through factions and guild in morrowind by updating the reward structures. This will be achieved through three, separate, additions, consisting of Abilities, Perks, and Quests. Each part of the additional rewards will serve to enhance the narrative of each guild, and hopefully make players feel more inclined to continue them, without silly or arbitrary rewards. For example, a player might be more inclined to pay those Mages Guild dues, if they know it is worth it in terms of potential rewards.
With the initial release, I have included the abilities portion of the mod. This is part one of three, and is probably the easiest portion to create, I estimate. The readme includes a full description of each stage of advancement. At this point, I feel that this portion of the mod is mostly functional, and I am releasing it to gather feedback. I am concerned that some of these may be a bit overpowered, so please let me know what you think. Thanks!
NOTE: There is timer that is based on resting. When resting, I remove all the powers so that the fortified attributes don't effect the player's ability to level them at the level up screen. If I don't remove them, then the game treats the fortified level as the natural level, causing players to hit the cap earlier. I decided to do this, because I didn't want players to feel compelled to max out an attribute before joining a guild, in order to maximize their attributes.
