Drag esp file into your Morrowind data files folder. Tick box next to Ulfric'sMorrowindFunSettings.ESP. Like a player.

To Uninstall
Untick mod in the Morrowind launcher(optionally after using stopscript _________addregen in game to stop my regeneration script), and delete Ulfric'sMorrowindFunSettings.ESP.
