Yes, I managed it a few times by immediately going right out of the door and heading around the building. The faster your character, the better off you'll probably be.
I forget if the version I uploaded spawns Almalexia only after you go to the left into Seyda Neen or when you leave the door. When I was taking my screenshots that's how it worked, so she wouldn't even spawn if you went directly out toward the water (her spawning is based on the player getting into a certain radius of her). It's still possible to dodge her spells by vibrating in place, and you can escape via silt strider if you run over there quickly enough. She'll be waiting for you in Seyda Neen if you return though. Should be possible to lead her out of Seyda Neen if you get her to chase you (she'll stay where you left her if you get her out of town and use an intervention scroll), but that would be very tricky to survive with her spells and high speed. The guards will also attack her, though they're pretty useless beyond a momentary distraction, and her AoE spells will likely kill Fargoth and any other NPCs nearby.
I wouldn't recommend this mod for a playthrough, but it's certainly not unplayable if a person is looking for a serious challenge, and if somehow she does die, Hopesfire is a great reward. She might also have the Mazed Band and cause Azura to greet you outside of the Mournhold Temple, though the other story quests will probably still occur, and regular Almalexia will still be hanging out in the temple. I did not test to see what long-term effects this mod would have on the Tribunal questline, but these are my guesses.
I don't understand why you would want her to kill you at the beginning? And does she just sit around there forever? or does she go away after you flee?
Since Helseth is using the DB to assassinate the player, it would make more sense for Almalexia to send her Hands to protect the player as she needs the player to help her gain more power.
I would also include Clear Bounty ring and Protective Guards.
If that was the rational approach why didn't she send them down to the Clockwork City, or, even better, just not even go down and let you die of old age down there?
I'd say that she's both terrible at delegating (hence why she used to spend all her time among her people and why her Hands never leave her side) and doesn't want her image to be associated with killing random people (unlike Helseth).
Now, I know what you're saying, someone else in Seyda Neen would see her anyway, but keep in mind what happened when "Mehrunes' Dagon attacked Mournhold". She levelled the entire city that she "successfully defended" while Vivec sat around and did nothing. Wiping out Seyda Neen and then saying that she was fighting off an infection of Corprus and a Sixth House conspiracy would appear perfectly understandable across Vvardenfell and no one would be the wiser.
Even better, blame the cult on the Empire, it being a main port town after all.
"If that was the rational approach why didn't she send them down to the Clockwork City, or, even better, just not even go down and let you die of old age down there?" At this stage she had her power and it was time to kill him off.
I am fairly certain she had enough power to wipe out Seyda Neen before if push came to shove. It's not like the Tribunal lost their original abilities from pre-godhood. Or the even better option for this would have been to just sink the boat.
May I ask what the overall purpose of Amalexia trying to kill you after CG is? Does she know you're the Nerevarine before Vivec and Sotha Sil does and wants to kill you before you kill them? Just curious, this looks interesting but in terms of story I can't see the connection

Basically I know the person who runs the Almalexia Facebook page, they asked me to make this mod for humorous reasons. It is unlikely to make sense to the others on this site and shouldn't be used in a serious run.

On occasion though, the game claims I committed some crime when Almalexia attacks the guards and later, the guards pursue me like crazy.
