bit of a waste of time as morrowind was stupidly easy any way. Maybe call it morrowind easy mode to stop people like me coming here

  this mod is actually a double sided coin, mages and warriors will always hit and cast successfully.

  not really a "cheat" since npcs no longer fail or miss either.
