Anyone knows if I already installed it, how do I get ridd of the bound armor spell version? As I want to install a mod that adds a full bound armor set. Which used the old look (balck/red) which looks weird with the new look.

    advise?

I tried removing the bound files but didnt help. Maby It overwrites the vanilla files? As removing them only gives me the yellow marks of doom :D

Btw anyone knows which trader sells the new bound armor spells? shoulders and legs?

I’m having an issue with the bound helmet texture not changing, everything else is working fine except for the bound helmet.

I found the culprit, it’s the Patch for Purist mod, disabling it fixed the issue.

Did you mean it didnt change into that blue bound armor glow this mod offers or it did not change into the new normal daedric armor look?

I want the new normal look, not this blue one. How do I change it?

Anything similar but for glass armor? The leggings part, especially. It feels funny that across the entire island only that one pair of boots in Galom Daeus could be converted for beast use. And it'd be nice to have some options for light-armoured characters.

For anyone looking for the Daedric Nodachi after the update that moved it out of Redoran:
    Spoiler:
    Show
In Maesa-Shammus Egg Mine, where you would normally go to get a guaranteed Daedric Dai-Katana in vanilla, you will find that the wielder is holding a Nodachi instead. Head to the queen's room of the egg mine and jump over a group of rocks, you should see a dead male Redguard vampire in steel armor. (Not sure if this is randomly generated or not.) On the dead hero's body is the Daedric Nodachi. I have not seen Dremora wield or drop this item, only Dai-Katana rarely, so this Nodachi is the only one of it's kind according to the construction set. (It claims to only have 1 instance of it.) So not sure if it can be farmed, but this is a guaranteed spot for it. Lovely sword, uses long blade and has similar stats to the Dai-Katana but obviously it's a unique, larger and prettier variant.

Ok I'm confused here, it says to enable reflection effects and gloss map fix on skinned models, but I've looked everywhere on MCP and couldn't find either of them. Are they removed, or am I not looking hard enough?

They're in the bug fixes section for some reason even though they're not, to my knowledge, actually fixes.  Twenty-nine items down for reflection effects & thirty-nine items down (or ten down from reflection effects) for gloss maps.  I had to really hunt for them myself.

I am new to morrowind so bear with me. I see a lot of people saying they get the blue and not the red effect showing in the screenshot when they install the mod.

How do I get the red glow and and the part where is says to display the model properly you need to install the fixes it lists from MCM, where do I install those? And one of the links for MCM you listed doesn't work. I know it sounds like I am asking you to walk me through the whole process and asking a awful lot but please I don't know what to do. Please send help.

Can someone help me alter this mod to work with bound greaves and shoulders? I also want to use the standard red and black for the bound armor as well.

The latter should be easy: all you need is to make renamed copies of the standard jy_daedric meshes, drop them in the B subfolder and let them overwrite.

As for the former issue, you'll either have to edit the plugin's file paths or make renamed copies of the jy_daedric meshes and drop them in Morrowind's A folder to overwrite the game's vanilla Daedric meshes.

I was recently tinkering with TES CS and NifScope to add textures and meshes from this mod to Bound Greaves and Pauldrons, but only the icons appear to change and the armor pieces themselves look vanilla.
I also tried overwriting vanilla meshes as SpaceDevo said, but somehow it still doesn't work. I'm playing on OpenMW with MO2, so I created a new mod in several ways, I triple checked every path and name in NifScope, no success, so I don't know what's wrong.
Editing files is far beyond my comprehension, did anyone get those mods to work together?

My daedric armor doesn't shine when I enchant them... =(

Also, wondering, why are all the daedric armors blue and not red like in the pictures here..? I would love to have them look like they do here on the images..

I didn't install any of the optional files, just the meshes, textures, icons and I enabled the .esp file provided. Still, all daedric items have a blue shine to them instead of red, and none of them glow when they are enchanted...

Any help would be greatly appreciated..!
