adv_npcs_v1.1.esp is possibly not meant to be packaged with this mod and is buggy a.f. even after cleaning with tes3cmd. I suggest disabling it, and also re-running your Merged Objects.esp if you had the buggy thing enabled when you made it.

So...as near as I can tell, the mod file adv_npcs1.1.esp might not actually *go* with this mod.
It adds random vampires and bandits and pilgrims and soldiers and such all over the map (not just Vivec Arena by any means). It also creates "doubles" of several vanilla NPCs... so you have one standing right on top of the other which is generated by the base game. (They sound like the Borg when they talk too...all chorus voiced and creepy.)
I haven't done enough testing to know if the rest of this mod actually works at all honestly, but thus far I *highly* recommend disabling adv_npcs_v1.1.esp ... also, if you had that file enabled when you created your Merged Objects.esp and merged leveled lists esp (Multipatch.esp or whatever you call it), you will want to recreate them, as the doubling bug can (I confirm) carry over into at least the Merged Objects file (not sure what errors it may have propagated into merged leveled lists.)
Hey, I noticed an issue with your mod. For some reason, this mod changes all the Imperial guards to various races and mutes them. I mean, minus the muting part, it technically makes them more lore friendly, but I don't know if this was intentional or not. I'm still very new to modding Morrowind, so I spent a good while unticking and reticking each mod that I have (I'm using Mod Organizer 2) and it came down to this mod being the culprit. Very weird, because it's the last mod I would have expected. Just a heads up.
Is there any possibility of making the NPCs in the bar also use standard body/face replacers? Most of the sitting NPCs and band members look like they were placed in directly from Vanilla, which looks quite out of place when the dancers and standing NPCs have modern graphics.
I'm sure it's very doable but I don't even have Morrowind installed on this rig. Anybody is welcome to make the changes though. Just be sure to share with the rest of us.
Yes I made this, and all my mods before TES Edit was even a thing. We didn't really know about mod cleaning back then. I will say I've always used this esp in all my saves and never had a corrupt save or any problems loading any saves at all with Morrowind. I will look into cleaning and updating it though. I don't have TES Edit for MW yet, but I am familiar with using it for other Bethesda games, so I assume it will be a similar process.
Edit: I've uploaded an archive with esp's cleaned by ESP Cleaner. The original archive still needs to be downloaded for the other file resources. Thanks for the heads up.

Just...yikes.
Great mod either way! Thanks for sharing!
