1. Installation

*****************************************************************

To install the plugin, unzip the files into the Morrowind/Data Files
directory.

Check "Fast Travel TR.esp" in the Data Files Menu

if you have any problems with losing health while levitating, check
"Fast Travel Health Fix.esp"

*****************************************************************

2. Playing the Plugin

*****************************************************************

When you load the game with this plugin active, you will be presented with a messagebox that
asks you if you want your fast travel to cost or not. Click the option that you want.
Note: you can change this at any time by typing into the console:
set yac_map_costtravel to -1

Then activate the brown bar twice and you should find you have a new spell,
"Map - Open". Cast it and you will be taken to a map of Morrowind. To move around on
the map, use the keys you use for moving your character (by default w, a, s, d).

Position your cross-hair over the place where you want to travel to, and then cast the spell
"Map - Travel".

If you want to exit the map at any time, cast the spell "Map - Close"

If you want a companion to follow you when you use the map, enter dialog with them, and
click on the topic "-Map". They have to be in follow mode to follow you when you use the map
You can have a maximum of 5 companions following you when using the map.

3. Save Games

*****************************************************************

This plugin should not invalidate your old saved games, but you should
always make a backup prior to installing any new plugin. If you save
your game while this plugin is loaded, you may encounter error messages
when you reload the saved game without the plugin. But you should be
able to continue on with the original game.

5. Technical details

*****************************************************************

To accommodate the huge Tamriel Rebuilt maps, I've gone from 1 mesh with a 2048x2048 texture
to 9 meshes with 4096x4096 textures. I was going for 36 meshes, so I could use the full
256x256 bmps from createmaps without resizing, but it seems the Morrowind engine chokes
somewhere between those 2 options. I'm still merging the bmps on 36 textures, which I
combine 2x2 on 9 final textures. Unfortunately, this means each cell is now only 128x128
pixels, making the picture a little less precise. Because of the scale, I have doubled the
movement (levitation) speed while accessing the map. My girlfriend (which is also my sole
playtester), seems to think

6. Change Log

*****************************************************************

0.4 alpha
Left half of map completed.

0.3 alpha
Left third of the map complete. Harmonisation of "sea" texture on all completed map.
Solsteim is now completely covered.

0.2 alpha
Putting cells on the map is going good. I decided to update so people can get a better idea
of what I'm aiming for. I'm also wondering if it's worth trying to implement a zoom function
on this. If I get enough requests, I'll look into it more seriously.

0.1 alpha
First Tamriel Rebuilt version.
Mostly for testing, since only 10% of the map is done. You can "blind" teleport anywhere on
the map anyway.
