I've used this mod for a long time, and it's always had conflicts. I think I'm going to move away from it... I've come to realize that mods like this that make sweeping edits across the game world are super problematic. There are so many city and town mods out there... It only takes one that conflicts with RR Better Ships and Boats to create an intolerable amount of jank. (See for example this screenshot of a conflict between Better Ships and Boats and Nordic Dagon Fel, where two boats are getting frisky with each other.)
What would make this mod useful is if it were modular. Imagine if it had a Dagon Fel plugin, an Ebonheart plugin, a Sadrith Mora plugin... and if you have one offender among the lot, you can just turn it off. I would welcome something like that. As it stands, I think I'm going to lose this from my mod list, because as wonderful an idea as it is, it's just not workable with so many town mods.

Would you tell these: 1) Is this compatible with 'Uncharted Artifacts', 'Get wrecked', 'OAAB Shipwrecks', 'Icebreaker shipwreck'? 2) Is the SH bug KiraAger mentions still there (after v1.8 update)? 3) Is it possible only to use meshes & textures to update / face-lift vanilla vessels? Without the need of ESP, that is. 4) I want to co-install BCoM, BSnB and Shipwrecks. Is it possible? How would you sequence the ESP's?
Really love the look of everything except the big boats that differ a bit too much for my taste to vanilla, especially the sails. But the main reason I can't use the mod is that it seems many objects on the boats clip into the new mesh? For example many barrels etc are clipping right into the seats? Is this possible to fix somehow?
на солстхейме заметила баг, когда проходишь ветку восточной имперской компании, по квесту приплывает Баро Егнатиус на своем корабле, там получается так, что люк от его судна висит в воздухе, а сам корабль стоит поодаль. у меня много модов, но я отключила все, кроме этого, чтобы проверить, и баг все равно остался. проверьте пожалуйста и исправьте, если у вас так же
Why is it that both this mod and Darkfri's various little mods and patches have each other as requirements? That clearly can't be the case, and it's confusing AF. What's going on here?

This mod delete the boat with which you arrive at Seyda Nihyn at the very begining of the adventure.
