Frequently Asked Questions: 1. Is UMOPP compatible with OpenMW/MWSE/MGE/MGE XE? Yep! UMOPP should be fully compatible with every engine and engine extension listed above.
2. What's the difference between the Merged versions/Compatibility versions/Better Armors patch? The merged versions (i.e. Unofficial Morrowind Official Plugins Patched.esp) are a combined version of the individual plugins (entertainers, lefemm, adamantium armor, etc.), and therefore do not require the individual plugins to be used (in fact doing so can cause item duplication. Please use *either* the individual plugins *or* a merged version, not both). The Compatibility versions are intended to provide better compatibility with other mods (for example, removing references to the adamantium armor set, reduce landscape edits for TR, and clean duplicate items). Compatibility versions should overwrite any non-compatibility plugin.
3. Help! I'm not getting [part] of your mod! What gives? Likely this is a load order conflict or failed installation. If using Better Morrowind Armors make sure to have UMOPP Better armor patch loaded after it, and do not use the Better Armors LeFemme esp included in that mod.
4. Hey, I'm having an issue with [addon from misc mods page]. Please report the issue to that page so I can better assist you there :)
5. Hey, I like these patches, can I use [thing] from here? Please, go ahead! Just please link back to this page in your mod's credits if you plan to post publicly.

This seems to mess up the leveled lists, causing improper items to show up in leveled list chests when using Tamriel Rebuilt. Tried with another official plugins compilation and had the same issue. Any fix?
I'm specifically seeing this cause four gold armor pieces to appear in communal room's closet in the Helnim Fighter's Guild at level 1. If you have Tamriel Rebuilt you can do coc "helnim" to quickly check if you have the issue too. Probably affects more things, but that's what caused me to notice it.
Sirollus Saccus seems to still be wearing Gold armor, even though he does properly sell it and train now. Not sure if the removal of this fix was a purist change, but the mod's banner image demos him without it as a presumed advertised fix.
Considering it's intended as fem armor, the other LeFemme vendors don't wear it, and there's a clear cookie trail of how Beth accidently made it worn instead of sellable, I am of the opinion it is a bug for him to be wearing it.
I'm using the "09 UMOPP Compatibility Merged" version. Do I still need to load the "TR_Firemoth_Vanilla_patch.esp" from Tamriel Rebuilt after this one?
trying to install on steamdeck. What is the compatability folder you mentioned? compatibility merged? That file only has the esp in it. you said drag everything but the esp. It's only the esp. Also drag it where? I'm assuming data files? Then you say drag the individual plugins, can I just drag the UMMOD main file instead? I'm assuming to install this correctly I need to drag the compatibility merged over (again just the esp) and drag the contents of the UMMOD main merged file into data directory. Please clear this up for me. I want to use the mod but wont chance it with this one. Thanks.
It's a mistake in the description. This is the simplest way: install the content of the "UMOPP Merged" folder, then replace the esp with the esp of the "UMOPP Compatibility Merged" folder.
Installing the merged, or individual and including "Bitter Coast Sounds" adds an annoying spell-like sound affect around certain trees in the starting area.
Over a year late so that hopefully nobody else goes off on a wild goose chase like I did.
That sound is unaltered from the original plugin. If you listen to it in the construction set it sounds like a bad recording of small frogs. In-game and looped repeatedly it only even vaguely sounds like frogs if you know that's what it is supposed to be. :/
To fix this you can replace swamp01.wav in Data\Sound\Fx\envrn\ with something more pleasant or a silent .wav file. I'm not sure if there are mods that replace this sound (or the other swampXX.wav) but I certainly plan on looking. The others aren't really pleasing either.
I manually installed this for my Steam GotY version used with OpenMW as advised on Modding-OpenMW. I dragged the contents of folders "08 UMOPP Merged" and the contents of "09 UMOPP Compatability Merged" (which then asked if I wanted to replace the ESP already in that folder to which I agreed to). I'm not sure if anything else doesn't work at the moment, but at the very least the female armors all seem to work except for the regular Steel Cuirass which uses the male model instead of female. I have no other mods except for this installed at the moment. Did I do something wrong, or is this bugged?
Hi, I had the same problem. Try this fix, it worked for me.
Load this mod in the Construction Set; navigate to the Body Parts tab; double click on A_Steel_Cuir_Female to bring up the info box; then click save. Repeat this process for steel_cuirass, located under the armor tab. Then save the mod.
Compatibility version removes all changes to the vanilla cuirasses. Not sure if steel never got added in Tribunal, but I can see about adding back the edit to see if that fixes it.

after this one?
