"Script Improvements"
By Grond1911
Version: 1.14

============
Description
============
Amends many script-related issues, with the Tribunal and Bloodmoon expansions being the primary focus.
This mostly addresses oversights that could cause quests to become unfinishable, and things that were illogical in a few cases.

NOTE: I feel obligated to state that it would be safest to start a new game with this mod instead of resuming an old one (though the same could be said for most any plugin-based mod, really), but hopefully no problems will arise either way. Major problems should be posted to the comments tab on the mod's Nexus page so that I can be made aware of them.

=============
Requirements
=============
Morrowind, Tribunal, and Bloodmoon

=============
Installation
=============
1. extract the "gr_ScriptImprovements.esp" file _OR_ the "gr_ScriptImprovements.esm" file (from the Optional folder) into your "Morrowind\Data Files" folder.
2. run the "Morrowind Launcher" program.
3. click on the "Data Files" section.
4. find "gr_ScriptImprovements.esp/.esm" in the list of mods and tick the box next to it (type 'g' repeatedly if you can't find it easily).
5. click the "OK" button. The mod will now be active whenever you run the game.

===========
Load Order
===========
Ideally, this should probably be one of, if not the, lowest/earliest mod in your load order. I intentionally set the .esp's "Modified" date way back to 1999* so that this should happen automatically.
*2003 for the .esm version so it should load after Bloodmoon (and Morrowind Patch Project, ideally), but still early.

==================
Incompatibilities
==================
Huskobar's "GotY Script Tidy" will undo all of this mod's script improvements (which defeats the whole purpose) if you use an .esp version of it. If you feel the need to use it at all, use an .esm version instead (and the .esp version of _this_ mod, to make sure it loads later).

Has some degree of incompatibilty with OpenMW (not sure how much), which is still at beta version 0.39.0 at the time of this writing. Hopefully it will be fully compatible with 1.0 when it arrives. If you decide to use it, make sure it loads after the Morrowind, Tribunal, and Bloodmoon .esms in the OpenMW Launcher (it shouldn't have a warning marker next to the name).

===================
Recommended Mod(s)
===================
I recommend running this mod together with the Morrowind Patch Project (MPP), a.k.a. the Unofficial Morrowind Patch (UMP). The latest version is probably best--at the time of this writing that is v1.6.6_beta.
