Because I thought it would be a good idea, obviously others didn´t think so apparently. I was quite inexperienced when making this mod, I have an update in progress and here is a video showing that. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Lp3UsOw5T0
No NPC dialog has been changed aat all, plus I use LGNPCs and I didn't notice any issues. LGNPCs does add a few quests though and if those quests involve NPCs travling to certain locations in the city there could be problems, unless they use the vanilla pathing though.
There's a quest in LGNPC where you can convince the House Redoran council to rebuild the outer walls of Ald'Ruhn. The outer walls would be near Skar and the front entrance of Ald'Ruhn if I remember correctly so hopefully it wouldn't conflict with this mod.
I've tested this mod as well and some of the NPCs get stuck on a statue and continuously walk into the statue in front of the temple steps.
Other than that, it's a great start of what you're doing for Ald'Ruhn.
That is verry strange I noticed that in the original version, but then I fixed it. let me try to update the file. or you can check the version I have on GHF
