This mod is amazing! However, I've run into a problem with the Better Bodies for Mackom's heads Fixed Pluginless (underwear version) where the textures for all humanoid races' fingernails are missing. Their bodies are fine, but all their fingers have bright pink nails. Does anyone have any insight on this? edit to add: including the DE male hand fix fixes the fingernails for dark elf men, but the other races still have pink fingernails edit2, fixed it boogaloo: I was missing the base Better Bodies mod that this has a dependency on, apparently JUST for the fingernail textures
As far as I remember I added some fix related to breton hands. Bretons had ugly vanilla hands instead of improved ones. If you are talking about this problem - it's fixed. Regarding vanilla clothes fixes you can easily do it yourself - just rename "altemer_f.nif" to "b_n_high elf_f_skins.nif" and repeat it for all races. Then overwrite corresponding files from VSBR Pluginless. I think it should work. If I will use VSBR at some point I will update this mod.
Can't seem to get the "Roberts Bodies" pluggless mod to work. The meshes show up pink(missing) and idk why I clearly see all the mesh files, I put them in the correct folder but they just don't work ingame. I recommended downloading the original plug version of Roberts Bodies because it works for me. I use OpenMW .48
That's because this mod contains meshes only. You also need compatible textures. You can copy them from original mod or from any texture replacer for robert's bodies.
I use "Better Bodies meshes for MacKoms heads Fixed Pluginless", but wrong seam in the necks of Mackom's Humanoïd Heads on Better Bodies are still present.
Does anyone know how to fix the hand textures for BB for MacKom Heads? The issue is only in first person. For example, the hand textures don't match the forearms. They're significantly darker from the wrist up to fingers. I have noticed this on male imperial and dark elves. However, the textures are seemless and perfectly match in third person. Any insight would be greatly appreciated
You can try to use different texture pack. If I remember correct in 3rd person both hands and body use same texture bb_skin*_*.dds, in 1st person hands use different texture - bb_hand*_*.dds. If there is some color mismatch between these two textures you will see it in 1st person.
You wouldn't happen to have an idea where to find some bb texture packs that would match mackom? EDIT: I found a good solution for those that play imperial. I used your muscle rexteture but only the skin and hands. It's matches mackom's heads very well and fixes the mismatched hand textures. I used imperial because the different texture isn't noticeable. Whereas for Dark Elfs the face and body texture was very disconnected and noticed so I'm still using your mackom bb replacer for everything except for that one skin for imperial. Thank you for the great work.
I never used Maccom heads myself (because lack of decent hair replacers and some other problems) so I can't recommend you good solution for color mismatch. Actually the best thing you can do - open all textures in GIMP and adjust colors by yourself.
The Roberts Bodies mod has an issue that is actually shared on all of the Roberts bodies mods I could find.
There is a set of 4 polygons floating above the left shoulder. They are single-faced and can thus only be seen if the camera is set to third person and looks up from below.
Interestingly enough not ALL races have these polys visible so I digged into the models. It seems that for example on high elves the polys in question are set to hidden when checked in Nifskope. But for many others like Dark Elves they are NOT set to invisible and thus appear.
I fixed it for myself on the plugin-version but if you want to fix it for the pluginless version then that'd probably do the trick.
There's a similar issue with Better Bodies (any version it appears) there's a hole in the left thigh. Supposedly it has been fixed but I haven't found out where the fix has turned up at yet.
Hi borok, not sure what you fixed but there is definatly still a missing neck bug. Just open a new game and put into console: player->additem bonemold_helm 1 Put on the bonemold helm without shirt and see what I mean. Your older Better Bodies 3.0 Pluginless (2016-03-31) does not contain this bug All the older versions of 'better bodies meshes for MacKoms heads fixed' also contain this neck bug.
I'm thus currently using your 'Better Bodies 3.0 Pluginless' instead, what bugs can I expect from that version? Have not noticed any bug so far...

EDIT: it was just a load order issue. Had this one loading before the original RB mod instead of after where it should be. My bad.
