ELDER SCROLLS ARENA STYLE CURSOR:

INSTALATION:
Extract to your Morrowind folder and overrite original textures, make sure you have a backup incase you decide you want
to go back to the original.

CREDITS:SYMBIOTE DINOSAUR for the textures, and Bethesda for an amazing game.

PERMISSIONS:
The only thing I can think of that you could include this in is a UI mod, if you choose to do so that is fine,
just please give me credit.
You should be able to find these on GHF, MMH, or Nexus so you don't really need to upload them anywhere else.
