On the one hand good work they look great. On the other, dwemer artifacts like that would have been stolen long ago so maybe only the statues within red mountain should look like that and the rest of the statues completely unarmed.
Makes sense. Then again, these armaments are way too big for a human being to wield or carry, also all the other stuff outside the ruins (like pipes, walking ballistas etc.) wasn't salvaged.
