This mod adds a basic house in Balmora that the player can use to sleep and store their items. It includes basic amenities such as a bed, a table with two chairs, a chest, and a bookshelf filled with books and various useful items. The house is located on top of Caius Cosades' house, built slightly into a hill.
Feel free to request possible additions and/or changes to the house. If enough people ask, I may expand the home by adding another room or two, or spicing things up with some exterior decoration.
This was a simple mod that I made for myself, which I have eventually decided to upload as I am about to wipe my hard drive to install Windows 10.
