I. Introduction
Recently I was replaying Oblivion and couldn't help but notice The Black Horse Courier (the ingame newspaper essentially, for those of you who
don't remember or have never played oblivion). I also couldn't help but think that there was no such feature in Morrowind. Thus Broadsheets and
Notice Boards was born. I originally only intended to inlcude this feature, but thought the broadsheets should be displayed publicly somewhere,
so I desided to place Notice Boards in taverns, forts, temples, etc. I then came to the logical conclusion to include other types of documents
on the Notice Boards as well. Now all manner of request public notices can be found here. Right now the mod is in a proof of concept stage. I
intend to greatly increase the number of documents, quests, and notice boards by the final version.

II. Current features
-About 10 Broadsheets from The St. Delyn Inquirer: Morrowind's new news source
-Around 10 simple side quests; all of which can be started by reading the documents found on the notice boards
-Numerous other documents, some of which comment on locations and quests featured in vanilla morrowind.
-6 notice boards in the following locations: The Eight Plates, Balmora, The South Wall Cornerclub, Balmora, Shenk's Shovel, Caldera, The Winged
Guar, Mournhold, Fort Pelagiad, Pelagiad, and The Census and Excise Office, Seyda Neen
-Several empty Notice Boards; I've went ahead and placed many notice boards at their intended locations thoughout the world

III. Installation
Copy the .esp file into your morrowind data files directory. Make sure to enable the plugin in your
data files menu.

IV. Future features
-at least 1 notice board in every settlement
-between 3 and 5 quests per notice board
-An office for the Saint Delyn Inquirer in the Saint Delyn Canton in Vivec. You can already find a door and sign marking the location in the
waistworks.
-Dynamic broadsheets: broadsheets that become available as you complete certain quests in game commenting your player's actions. This will be a
post V 1.0 feature if implemented at all.
