The problem is in the fact that Tyddy uses, for his bump mapped version, meshes that require glow maps. For his new texture design he however did not include glowmaps. But since this is said to depend on 'Telvanni Bump Maps' you are probably using the glow maps from that mod, which are actually incompatible but that mod also doesn't have (nor need) tx_telv_wood04_g, which is why you notice the problem in the form of a texture not found error. My fix includes a new set of four glowmaps based on this mod's texture.
You should also get more fixes by installing 'Tyddys Telvanni Fixes' found at this mod page: https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43795
Tank you. This fixed the Ex_T_awning_02.nif error and the other related errors with missing textures in all telvani towns in base morrrowind and tamriel rebuilt.
The HQ version of this mod is missing the file "tx_telv_wood04_g.dds". This can be fixed by downloading the mod "Telvanni Bump Maps" copying the texture "tx_telv_wood01_g.dds and renaming the copy to "tx_telv_wood04_g.dds". I'm very surprised how such a high quality texture mod can be so tricky to install.
It's a great effort but there's simply WAY too many issues with the bump maps and glow maps; even the OpenMW modding website explicitly tells you NOT to use the bump maps at all because of how broken it is
Same error for me - "Ex_T_awning_02.nif" is missing, load error for "tx-bark_01_nm.dss". The nif file is there in meshes, so the temporary fix I used was to duplicate "Tx_bark_01.dds" in Textures and rename that duplicate "Tx_bark_01_nm.dds". Seems to work.
Didn't work for me. What worked is downloading Tiddy's Telvanni Fixes, from borok's upload "Varius tweaks and fixes". That fixed it permanently for me.
Manor 1 and Manor 2 are white (same as other users reported), also ex_t_turret_03 is white at least for me, no one else reported problems with that. i previously deleted ex_t_clawgrowth_01.nif and ex_t_clawgrowth_02.nif , i don't think this has something to do with these problems at all. I installed the non bump mapped version, then the bump mapped version using MO2. EDIT FIXED: just needed to select or deselect some files related to the conflict ones in the "overtwrite list", i don't know how it works sorry :p, just play around with it.

Edit: I found this mod "Articus Immersive Crystals - Replacer" for those who get white crystals like me :D
