I made this Waterfront Shack for new players and old. It's located in Seyda Neen just past the lighthouse.

It's a simple but nice looking waterfront shack with enough storage and a little story about why it is empty.

It may conflict with other structure mods if you have any that are located around the waterfront past the lighthouse.

Anyway hope you enjoy this new place to call home :)
