Vampire Spells Fix

Description:
In the original Morrowind, vampire spells like Vampire Touch, Porphyric Hemophilia and several others, while added to vampire NPCs on the initial setup, became missing after save and reload, which, among other things, made getting vampire disease from them impossible. This plugin fixes it.
Another included fixes:
- Fixes from Morrowind Patch Project v1.6.6
- Removed Vampire Kiss from Irarak, Merta, Marara and Mastrius. I don't know why the developers even left this spell in game, because it's just a weaker, more stupid version of Vampire Touch.
- Removed scripted 75 pt. Restoration increase from all the NPC vampires, because really, why would they need that? It's not like Vampire Touch is a Restoration spell, and it's marked Always Succeeds anyway.

Installation:
1. Unpack the contents of this archive to your game folder.
2. Activate the "Vampire Spells Fix.ESP" plugin in the Data Files menu of the game launcher.
