You mention that this mod is compatible with "Caves Overhaul". The only mod with a similar name I found was "Caverns Overhaul" linked below. But, I tried loading both this mod and Caverns Overhaul, and the items in the "foyer" of Adanumuran are not visible, and are infact replace with a large mushroom tree.
I think that the mod is no longer compatible, or it'sthe wrong mod. Caverns Overhaul says it's Beta.
My mod uses a copy of the cave so as to not alter the original cell. Loading AR after cavern overhaul will give you access to my cave while being able to enjoy all the other caves modified by Cavern Overhaul. Hope this helps.
