      Update: apparently this message means a mod needs the Bloodmoon and/or Tribunal expansions. A note should be made of that somewhere in the description.

   This has always bothered me, and when Planet Elder Scrolls went down I lost the chance to do something about it. Thank you very much!

      The Morrowind Mod History made a backup of the whole Planet Elder Scroll. You can find all the old mods there. (http://mw.modhistory.com/download-53-13085)
      
      However, there is nothing like Nexus for new mods

   This mod looks great. I think that you should do for this mod something like the mod "Hide The Skooma".
   
   Hide The Skooma.esp
   This mod makes your character automatically "hide" their drugs when
   talking to honest traders. That way you can still sell other items
   without having to drop your contraband. Also traders in criminal
   factions now have no qualms about buying them.
   
   It is from the Mini-Mods, I had played with it for years and its great.
