This is just a simple, high-definition replacer for the clear night sky texture*. There are 8 different versions included in the download. Pick the one you like best.
Most are 4096x4096 textures, but one is a whopping 8192x8192. This is why the file is so dang large.
*Note that this mod will require you to install the new night sky meshes from SWG's Skies .IV Resource Pack in order to function properly.
