Don't know how these have gone so under the radar. I like em. The most popular ground texture replacers change some spots to types of ground that are really out of place imo, but your ground textures really tie my world together.
If you can it would be awesom if you finish these, they are Spectacular. I love how they look like the original desighn of Morrowind but also look better the levels of detail are really good, Hope you can continue these but if not I understand.
One day maybe. I'm a bit put off from finishing as there are a lot of people making texture re-placers and either doing a better job, or adding other stuff like normal maps and what not.
I may do some more when OpenMW is past version 1.0. I doubt I'll touch Morrowind modding again until then.
Well I have to say, they look closer to vanilla textures than some other ground texture replacers... (in terms of proper coloration and such.) it's a shame you're not going to finish these SG. They look really promising.
This is just a dump of textures I started making as a ground texture replacer. A lot of the textures are unfinished and not necessarily good. I also have no plans to finish it.
Also, 4 times better is neither 1k nor 2k. 4 times 64x64 isnt 2k, its 256x256.... Unless I misunderstood the term 2k

If a mod includes a copy of that texture which is greater than 256x256 your map can mess up.
this game need a totaly replacement in all grafik even with mgso and all other fixes grafik could be better depend on system 1k to 2k upgrade
