This mod is pretty good but when installed it (manually) there was no change. I did the quest to get the estate built but there was no change there either
Sorry for a very late reply. Checked data files in the launcher and it was unchecked. It works but does it work when the estate is already built or do you have to do the quest first? (loaded back and did the quest).
Wow this was released quite recently! Anyhow, I've enabled it both manually and through NMM and I have quadruple checked that it is checked off in the Data Files section of the launcher but I still see no differences in my home
Are you running on Windows Vista or later? Did you install Morrowind into Program Files? Folder virtualisation can cause changes to morrowind.ini to be saved to a copy of morrowind.ini whilst Morrowind reads the unchanged version in Program Files.
[Edit: Oh, and I'd be leery of using NMM for Morrowind mods. Yes it support Morrowind mods but that doesn't necessarily mean that it can actually install them all properly. It was designed for Skyrim and I've heard of people having problems with NMM and Oblivion mods so it's understandable that some Morrowind mods will have problems too.

Thank you! I've downloaded and will endorse as soon as I can...
I'm planning to continue my MW playthrough (which I recently stopped after finishing the MQ) soon and continue to Tribunal and Bloodmoon. I'll be back with feedback as soon as I got there
