These are beautiful -- certainly my favourite Balmora texture replacer. The interiors are perfect. The exteriors may be a little 'cleaner' than those in Vanilla Morrowind, but you also awesomely do away with some of the annoying repeating patterns. My greedy suggestion would be a dirtier variant. In any case, I couldn't rate this more highly, and I'm really looking forward to your future projects!
I'm gonna agree with the greedy suggestion for a dirtier variant here - otherwise this is, as said, a perfect texture replacer. As far as I know, the only Hlaalu texture replacer that stays true to the original color temperature instead of going for a darker or more saturated brown, and that certainly deserves an endorsement!
Best Hlaalu retexture I have found so far. But I have to agree with the dirtier approach, Balmora with clear light and Night-eye seems too brand new. Also, the original texture has a gradient making the top parts of walls be darker, adding this would make this texture a 10/10 for me.
Are these the textures that are making Balmora look grey instead of the classic yellow?
Edit: Okay, the yellow itself is from some other texture set included with MGSO, and this is more vanilla-friendly. I agree that it would be nice if they were more gritty though, as they look pretty clean from a distance.
These textures are of stunning visual quality while still retaining the feel of vanilla morrowind architecture, along with all of your other retexture mods. The only suggestion I would have would been to make them a tad darker and more gritty. Keep up the good work!
