Amazing mod, one that fixes the issues with the MWSE 2.1 Journal Search and Edit but it is packaged incorrectly. For this mod to work properly with a mod manager you need to unpack it somewhere on to your PC and add the "Data Files" folder inside of that create the "Textures" folder and the files go inside of that. Create a new archive and now it works. For manual installation follow the instruction in the description Do not be afraid of the screenshots the mod works fine with any language.

    Thank you so much!!! Endorsed.

i just wish someone would invent a journal mod that adds details so you know where you got the quest FROM

I can't spend hundreds searching every town for that quest giver i met, somewhere..... i mean he's from the fighter's guild, but which depot? Vivec? Wolverine Hall? Caldera? Gnisis? Ald'ruhn? Balmora? Wait, did i forget a depot..... ~_~ damn

Unless someone could do something amazing using MWSE, it would have to be a Quest mod that added extra details into every single quest in the game. That's probably why it doesn't exist yet.

really like the pages but can't use this - for scrolls, the scroll bar on the right is misaligned half off the page, and the text at the bottom scrolls over the curl of the parchment - not as pictured in the images where scroll bar is on the page, text scrolls above the curl of parchment. unsure if just me

I have that too. Otherwise the retexture looks really good but that particualr thing annoys me so much that I can't use it either. What a shame!

BTW. I compromised. I removed scroll.dds from Data Files/Textures which means I still get to keep the books but the old vanilla bleak-looking scrolls are back.

So just download arrukin's journal and scroll and just copy paste the scroll from hers to your game. Done.

Hey, do you have the bookmark menu in higher resolution? OpenMW should support that.

When i use this mod the journal stretches to fill the height of my screen. I'd really like it to float nicely in the middle of my screen. Any suggestions on fixing this?

Can you fix the packaging to work with NMM?

Stupid question here: does this only change the journal graphics and existing font style? Or would I need an English-specific mod? Thank you.

I had the same thought. Is it going to affect the language written or...?
From the description this is a simple texture replacer. As such it should only change the paper textures of scrolls and your journal. It shouldn't affect what's actually written on those scrolls or in your journal.
