   Thanks for saving me the trouble of making this. It always bothered me how much of an advantage these damned boots were over any other pair in the game that you'd be silly not to use them. This changes that.

   If you want this mod's changes just load it after BTB's Equipment plugin. A compatibility patch seems a little superfluous to me...
   
   How would you see the Boots being set-up with this hypothetical patch?

   Hi! Great mod here.
   
   BTB´s tweaks the boots this way:
   
   Boots of Blinding Speedblind 100 for 60 on self (instead of constant)
   fortify speed 50 for 60 on self(instead of 200, constant)
