Can't believe I'm just now discovering this mod - and that you haven't made more! I assume this isn't compatible with Beautiful Cities of Morrowind, but I might just try and make it work. Thanks for your creating this unique & needed Caldera home +!
Hi Tezrel, I hope you're enjoying it! I just released a very large tenth anniversary update that I've been very much looking forward to sharing :)
There is only one minor incompatibility with BCOM (a few objects which block the entrance to Varo Manor) and I've included a replacement .esp under "files" which addresses the issue.
I didn't realize you had released a BCOM-compatible version! Varo Manor is one of my favourite house mods for Morrowind, and I love that it's compatible with BCOM!
Latest version 3.2 throws an error in scripts: VMLibraryGlobal_I could not find bk_Balladeers_Fakebook and VMLibraryGlobal_V - could not find bk_Battle_Molag_Beran (though there's a T_Note_BattleOfMolagBeranTR - could not find bk_Im_My_Own_Grandpa
TD is a master though not listed as a requirement
Lovely mod, super happy for the update I've tweaked my own Izi-inspired Caldera mod to be compatible with your mod out of the box :)
Thank you! That's unfortunate that's it's incompatible with Hater8's Caldera overhaul. I'll add that to the list of incompatible mods (or look into the possibility of a patch).
Also, my mod shouldn't be missing any textures, it appears that you don't have the required OAAB_Data properly installed.
Thanks! I can't tell you how happy it makes me to know that this mod becomes a part of other people's Morrowind experience and their character's story. Enjoy and all the best.
Is it possible to save Brynn? :), I notice you could just calm her with a spell like any other npc. But it would be fun to being able to save her from the vampires spell? By casting a dispel on her or just simply killing the vampires controlling her?
Would of been a fun side option, but I can understand why you cant do this, hehe it is after all mainly a house mod not a quest mod. Thank you for the house tho <3
Numerous (and significant) decorative improvements to Varo Manor.
OAAB_data is now required.
Multiple small corrections.
Improved lighting.
Four books from Daggerfall have been placed in the home (and added to the library's copy and store scripts) They are The Alik'r, Ark'ay the God of Birth and Death, A Tale of Kieran, and The Story of Lyrisius.
Various decorative and lighting improvements to Ubaranabi.
Ubaranabi has had multiple improvements.
An attic (which served as as occassional impromptu bedroom for Brynn) has been added over the library.
Tamriel_Data is now required.
The basement door marker has been adjusted for convenience.
Significant adjustments and improvements to book placement in the library utilizing both resizing and positioning to eliminate clipping.
I would like to report a bug I found regarding the Varo Manor key and the manor's two doors.
After finishing the quest and being rewarded the house in my playthrough, I discovered that I cannot enter the house if I do not have the Varo Manor Key in my inventory, even after I had already used it to unlock the house once. I tried some experimenting and found the following:
Clicking on the front door from the outside without the Key in my inventory > no getting in, no soundclip of a locked door when I click on it.
Dropping the Varo Manor Key anywhere within the Caldera town cell > clicking on the front door would > result in the same thing as Step 1 > put the Key back in my inventory after having clicked on the front door at least once > be immediately teleported to the inside of the manor on the ground floor level as if I used the front door to get in. (The soundclip of a door opening will also activate when I pick up the key).
Dropping the Varo Manor Key inside another interior cell > entering the outside cell to click on the manor's front door > unable to enter, no door soundclip > retrieve the Key from other interior cell > enter the outside cell again but with the Key in my inventory > teleported again to the ground floor level. (The soundclip of a door opening will also activate when I enter the outside cell).
The same thing happens with the balcony door when I do not have the Varo Manor Key in my inventory.
Leaving the Key inside of the Varo Manor would only lock me out of the balcony door. But I can still enter the house through the front door and get the key back through there.
If I leave the key inside the house > leave through the balcony door > clicked on the balcony door from the outside at least once > enter the House through the front door to get the key > exit into the outside cell again with the key in my inventory > immediately be teleported to the second floor bedroom as if I just used the balcony door to get in. (The sound of a door opening is again heard the moment I enter the outside cell). This occurs if I exit the house through either the front or balcony doors.
It's nothing gamebreaking. It's just that I would have to keep Varo Manor Key in my inventory to continue using the house.
Anyway, I love the what you did with the place. Especially the library area.
This is definitely interesting information. Thank you for sharing it with me. I'll into it. My advice in the meantime would be to simply keep the manor key in your inventory.
This is most likely due to an incompatibility between your polish version and this english version. She should be inside the Shank's Shovel in Caldera in the room to the left of the bar.

The first issue is due to the Entertainer’s plug in being required. I’ll investigate the other two and yes, TR data is definitely required as well.
But i found minor incompatibility with Caldera
( selected static from Hater8's mod
and some missing texture

I currently disabled the wall, crate and sack.
