A simple, no-frills house mod for players who wuld like something simple for a low-level character to call home.
This mod adds a home in Balmora (I plan to create a second for Ald-Ruhn) which is located in town WITHOUT moving any existing buildings or land. Players can purchase the house from Nileno Dorvayn for a suitable price (as in realistic compared to the amount of money NPCs have) of 2500 gold and move in straight away without having to bother buying any furniture (too lazy to make all that) as it\'s already there.
Comments welcome! Should be bug free, I\'ve tested it quite a lot.
BUGS/INCOMPATABILITY:
-Conflicts with the house placed in the same spot in the INDYBANK mod (and any other that place a building in that location, obviously).
