When I load Morrowind, I get an error message. I open the Warnings.txt file to find this:
"One of the files that "tardis.esp" is dependent on has changed since the last save. This may result in errors. Saving again will clear this message but not necessarily fix any errors. One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. Errors may occur during load or game play. Check the "Warnings.txt" file for more information."
That message means that the version of Morrowind you're using is different to the version of Morrowind used to create the mod (earlier version, different localisation etc.)
You can fix it with Wrye Mash: The mod will have a yellow checkbox, select it and then look for the Save button in the bottom right. Click that and the mod file will be updated and the error removed.
Whilst the error is harmless and won't affect your gaming I'd recommend fixing it as it becomes a bit of a pain to click through those message boxes each time you load the game, then there's the temptation of clicking Yes To All and missing more important and game breaking error messages.

Yes the English version will partially work with the french version icons, but it will still cause errors and the mod still won't be stable. Since the original author gave me permission to upload his mod here, and also permission to work on it, would someone be able to give fixing it up a try?
Just an update on my post above. I saw the icons in the French version belong to the Tardis sign and the sonic screwdriver. These are in the Tardis english mod. I have great doubts that the mod would run at all without the icons added to the English version before installing in Morrowind's data files. One is a static icon (the sign) and one would show up in the players inventory if present (the sonic screwdriver).
In response to Spirithawke's post the English version on modhistory.com (link in Spirithawke's post) is missing the icons for the tardis. You might need the French version too on the nexus site and then take the icons from the French version icon folder and add them to the English version icon folder before installing the mod in the Morrowind data files. It will be an English version mod because the esp will still be the English version esp. Once installed in Morrowind's data files the mod runs fine. I do not know if it will run without the icons correctly - I haven't tried running the mod without the icons. If they are used at all in the esp then the mod probably won't run right.
