Morrowind speed is not slow at all if you

pick a race with good speed
    and/or
    pick speed a starting bonus
    and/or
pick the steed as your astrological sign.

Later, Morrowind speed is far faster than anything that can be found in any other ES game with spells, items and/or stats.

If you have to be forced into picking a specific race, bonus, and sign or wait until you're deep into the game it's a slow game.

If you HAVE to be restricted to something or wait many hours it's slow.

You know what's and RPG, right? Roleplaying means that a mague wil never walk as fast as a thief unless it walks and train in the same disciplines as the thief, you know that no one borns with an athletic body, don't ya? Any way if you like it, good for you but mods like this just transform the game from RPG to a more Action - Adventure game

All I'm asking for is to be able to move faster than slow ass walk speed in the game nothing at all related to the RPG aspects

I like it. It reminds me of Boots of Blinding Speed when I use the Speed of Sound Option. Two things.. To me it does seem to effect NPC's because now they run faster to me and it's funny looking. I also noticed the same thing with a mod called "morrowindgottagofast10" which gives you a small speed increase. Perhaps the NPC's always ran this way and I just never noticed it until now? - With this and the other mentioned mod you run silent. The Boots of Blinding Speed however and I suppose your normal run in Morrowind has running footstep sounds. I wish this mod had running foot step sounds.

NPCs and enemies are blazingly fast as well. It's pretty funny, but not necessarily what I was looking for, unfortunately. Works well otherwise.

Not only was the mod made 7 years ago, the majority of people don't use Vortex for Morrowind. Most people use ModOrganizer2 or NMM.

That being said, you can just click the 'install from file button' in the top right corner of the mods tab, and then enable which version you want in the plugins tab.

Thank you for posting this mod! It was precisely what I was looking for! Brilliance. This mod, along with a handful of others, is the reason I can play Morrowind in 2019.

Can I please just ask, Why go threw the effort of making a mod like this rather than just using the console to up you Speed skill to 100 or something? Like legitimate question though.

Personally I use it because it doesn't screw with the level process, be it vanilla or mod, like cheating Speed up to 100 would, and it still scales with your Speed, giving you an incentive to increase it still.

So that it affects NPC's also. Otherwise, you could just run away from them.

Edit: Nevermind this mod doesn't affect NPC's according to what I read in the description, so just a bad mod that uses .esp to give u a speed 100.
