Just delete them. Vanilla textures are stored in a BSA archive separate from your other textures, and the game will use those if no modded textures are present.

Hi, love your textures, been using them ages, but I've always had this problem. There's this sheen border that moves ahead of you, at least in Balmora: https://imgur.com/a/ZsrTRUB

I was told it was mip map issue.

Extract the archive somewhere else, and copy the folders properly to your morrowind/data files/. Extracting the archive directly without thinking creates avoidable errors...

I'm sorry but I have no idea what could cause this. Maybe it's due to the steam version of the game ? I really don't know..

This might be the issue you're having, as explained by someone on another pluginless replacer:

Steam redates the vanilla BSA files to the date they were released on Steam, not the original date they were made. Morrowind prioritizes newer files, so you need to use the Morrowind Code Patch to redate them back to their 2002/2003 date -- otherwise they'll keep overwriting pluginless mods.

In some areas the textures are not faded in, they starts abruptly with straight lines or squares. Did I do something wrong? Is there a way I can fix these issues and if not how do you uninstall this mod? Here are some screen shots of what I'm seeing.

my dad was a lover of your work, his pc is loaded with your mods. I have his pc and have had a play with morrowind as it was his favourite - he was always banging on about it being the greatest RPG. I never realised that this type of game was such fun.

    Hey Lougian,
I really like your textures, Keep up the great work!
But I have one question: what texture replacer do you use for the rocks? They look amazing on your screenshots
    Thanks

      Hello, thank you !
These rock textures are WIP, I have to finish them before publishing. But I'll try to see about that after my Vivec retexture is done.

      Thank you.
      Here's what I use :
      -MGE XE (obviously)
-Vanilla-friendly West Gash Tree Replacer https://old.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/44173/
-Dahrk Mods (It's a compilation of mods, I'm using the Ascadian trees replacer) https://old.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43528/
and some of my mods ( and WIP I haven't published yet)

Does MGE XE make changes to how terrain textures look in game? I used these textures and they look terribly green in my game, not at all like they look in this page. Please take a look at this album: https://imgur.com/a/QEplu

The last 6 images have a different texture, while the first 12 all have these. Thanks for any hint at getting rid of this green tint!
