I really like these textures, though I come from one of the original earlier packs, I was shocked at how different the main road texture , the one used in the road from seyda neen to pelagiad was changed! It now has moss, good thing is I can mix and match with some of your older versions.
Amazing texture pack! really makes morrowind look even more unique!
I just used PDN (PaintDotNet) to open tx_gl_rock_02.dds. Then I used PDN to color it differently (Greyscaled with ctrl + G and contrast increase using ctrl + T) to make a replacement. Saved as tx_rock_wg_01.dds using BC3 (Linear DXT 5) as a compression method. You can do that too. If it was missing, doing this can make a replacement.
It's a replacer - so whatever you install last, overwrites the last - if you aren't using a mod manager - it can get out of hand fast - but "textures are textures" - choose them with ease and replace ones with same name. A DDS viewer can help with that as well.
This might be a silly question and also thread necromancy a bit, but has anyone been able to unzip the OpenMW version with 7zip? Can't seem to get it to work.
This is a great mod. While the textures don't necessarily "fit" into a more original-morrowind aesthetic, I still think it's a masterful mod that I'll definitely come back to if I decide to overhaul Morrowind completely.
Hellow how does it mod compare in performance to original game? i run my game on phone xD and i wanna have nicer landscape without killing the performance
Edit: mod works, my phone can endure it, 1k version is fine
Hi! I'm having this issue where there are these corner things between textures in a few areas. Anyone know how to fix this? It looked like I installed everything correctly. I'm running the original Morrowind. Although, this mod was working correctly in OpenMW.
Edit: I found this mod: https://mw.modhistory.com/download-90-10353, and it seemed to have fixed the seams (pun intended). It's on Morrowind Modding History, but I downloaded off of the author's Dropbox folder I found in this reddit post. Also installed the Bloodmoon version of this mod, and https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/46018 .
I had the same issue and this fixed it! thank you! I did find a few smaller spots where one block maybe looked out of place but overall much better. One question, did you notice a hole in your landscape just north of Balmora near the single stone bridge (off to the right) after fixes were applyed?
I have encountered a bug with this mod. Whenever I enter any kind of building the game begins lagging but it's not fall of fps but something else. Enemies and NPC's in the building behave normally. Just my screens begins to lag and it's pretty annoying since you have to enter various buildings pretty often. Any idea how to get this solved?

The Normal Mapped looks fantastic!
I would like to improve the quality of the textures for this mod by using EMT, but if thats not possible I wont bother.
