Cuddlefoot here informing you of an update for the mod. Nothing special just cleaned and scrubbed of dirty ref's GMSTs and such. Check the main page for information on what's currently going on with the progress of the mod.
Hi! am so happy you like the mod! I am still checking in on the mod every now and again. I agree that mark/recall (either modded or vanilla) is quite useful so that you can facilitate travel to and from the home.
The mod is from 2014, however I have constructed the mod using vanilla Morrowind and have tested it on PC (steam), (openmw) and Android OS (also openmw) so i hope that the mod can withstand the time passing without too much intervention.
If the Ghost that Walks mod modifies anything in or around the abandoned shack South West of Gnaar Mok, I do not think it will be compatible. However, I will download the mod and take a look and see for myself, there may be something I can do if it is not too much work.
The zip file only contains the esp. Download, unzip, drag the esp inside Morrowind's 'Data Files' folder, open NMM and tick the esp in its 'Plugins' list. Done.
Probably my favorite house mod, maybe of all time, but definitely of the past four or five years. From the concept, to the location, to the scale, to the richly detailed execution, this is my perfect little hide away.
I just go to Jobasha's Book Store, buy as many books as I can afford, return to my secluded house boat and lead a life of splendid isolation.
Dagoth who? Great House what? This is my perfect role-playing abode.
This is simply a marvelous player home, gorgeous in detail and fitting in perfectly with the Bittercoast surroundings. There's nary a thing lacking with this home, there's plenty of storage space, some room for display (but who would want to augment the already luscious amount of detail strewn about?), and a little challenge for beginning players with certain portions of the residence requiring to be cleared out of pesky rats and skeletons. I simply adore what the author has created here, this is a masterpiece of atmospheric beauty that retains it's functionality as a house mod. Very much endorsed!

Now with all that said, there are some issues with the mod. Namely, the presences of dirty references, GMSTs, and dirty dialogue references. You generally don't want all of this stuff in your mod, as it can corrupt savegames, alter gameplay elements, cause mod conflicts, and even cause CTDs. Luckily, these things are easy to clean, and you can use TESPCD, Enchanted Editor, or tes3cmd to be rid of all these pesky and unintended problems. For the dirty dialogue references specifically, you'll want to use TESPCD, as the other tools are not particularly well equipped to handle cleaning that sort of thing. You can use this tutorial guide on using Enchanted Editor and TESPCD, and for tes3cmd you can use this wiki.
I would like to formally thank darkelfguy for featuring the mod in his youtube channel Morrowind Modding Showcase. Seriously well done and grabbed a few of the mod's shown myself Hopefully you keep those episode's coming as i enjoy every one of them!

Sorry for the slow reply.
