I concur with arcticgolem - the creeper's hands are never in danger of hitting the drums because he's facing directly out into the room instead of aiming at the drums as shown in the screenshots. Any fix?

At a guess there's another mod loading later which is repositioning Creeper (hrm, but then that later mod would be overwriting the mesh change made by this mod too).
Try using TESTool to generate a Merged Objects plugin (don't use its Merged Dialogues plugin: it breaks quests).
I will endorse but I have some input but do not know if anyone else has this error while it is a minor one. The error is that Creepers hands and the drums are not lined up correctly so he is hitting nothing.
